Shipping

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
    Shipping rates vary based on location and order size, which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Order Tracking:
    Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to you via email to monitor its progress.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages:
    If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction

Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation by Customer:
    Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them. Cancellations after this timeframe are not accepted, as the order may already be processed.

  • Cancellation by Croply:
    Croply reserves the right to cancel orders under rare circumstances, such as when items are out of stock or in cases of unforeseen issues. Customers will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be processed.

  • How to Cancel:
    To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order number and details.

Refund

  • Eligibility for Refunds:
    Croply accepts returns only if items are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a return or refund.

  • Return Process:
    For returns, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the damaged items. Once the return is approved, instructions on how to send the item(s) back will be provided. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Refunds and Processing Time:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable Items:
    Due to the nature of organic products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless they are defective.
